John Deere Power Systems CNG & LNG Engines Bell Power Systems is the sole repower agent for the John Deere natural gas engine in the Eastern United States.  This covers all on-highway compressed natural gas repower vehicle projects west of the Mississippi.  John Deere Natural Gas Engines offer a clean air solution for school bus, transit, refuse, municipal and other fleets that are committed to reducing air pollution and increasing the use of a domestically produced fuel.   The 8.1L natural gas engine is available with an option of compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied  natural gas (LNG).   John Deere engines are certified to current US EPA emission levels and CARB optional low NOx standards.

Johnson Matthey Diesel Retrofit Technologies BPS is an authorized distributor of Johnson Matthey emission control after-treatment technologies for on-road and off-road applications. Founded in 1817, Johnson Matthey Inc. (JMI) is a British company and employs over 7,500 people in 34 countries. JMI specializes in advanced materials technologies, especially those containing platinum group metals, i.e. platinum, palladium, etc. JMI has sold over 15 million diesel catalytic converters globally and over 120,000 of the patented CRT® technology.

Racor Crankcase Ventilation Filter Systems BPS is an authorized distributor of Racor® crankcase ventilation filter systems.   The Racor crankcase ventilation system is a closed-loop system that prevents crankcase emissions from being released into the atmosphere.  These gases are rerouted into the air intake system where they become part of the combustion process.  The installation of a crankcase filter has been shown to significantly reduce both total vehicle emissions and in-cabin particulate matter emissions in on-highway applications such as school buses.  Further emission benefits can be gained when  these systems are installed with other diesel retrofit technologies such as Johnson Matthey diesel oxidation catalysts and particulate filters.
